Fun Fold Card with Cherry Blossom Bursts

Hi everyone – Bri here! Today I am sharing another i-Crafter creation featuring the Cherry Blossom Bursts die set.

For this card I used a fun-fold layout and a simple cherry blossom pink and red color scheme. First I heat embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder in the upper right hand corner of the solid pink square. The sentiment is from the Scattered Thoughts stamp set. Next I die cut the floral images into the same piece of cardstock. I used red dye ink to add the ink splatter onto the cardstock and the shading onto the flowers.

To finish the card I matted the square with scraps of coordinating scrapbook paper. I also added the gold bow for a final touch of embellishment. I love how quick and easy this card came together!
