Roses and Stars Wiper Card for Mother’s Day
Hello crafty friends – it’s Karen Aicken here from Painted Mountain Cards and I’m sharing a pretty Mother’s Day Wiper Card that features the NEW Rose Heart die!
I’m a huge fan of the i-crafter Wiper Inserts, so used the Pop Up Wiper Insert inside the card. The wiper arms hold fussy cut elements that move towards the centre as the card is opened. You can see the card in action on my YouTube channel HERE.
I die cut the pretty Rose Heart two times – once from the patterned paper and once from white shimmer card stock. I inlaid the white shimmer pieces into the patterned paper outline – it’s a technique that is a little finicky but not difficult at all. Its’ worth the effort for a special occasion like a Mother’s Day card! It’s hard to see all the shimmer in the photos, it’s much prettier in real life.
