Ways to Use the Apron Box Card

Hi, I am Nicki of Nicki Hearts Cards here today to show you this fun apron box card. I created a video with all the details, so make sure to check it out.

Let’s start with the Apron Box die set.

First, I cut out the pieces of this in Bristol Smooth paper so that I could add ink blending to the pieces. The accent pieces were cut from a plaid paper pad. The utensils were cut out of holographic paper.

I ink blended in Peacock Feathers with a little Black Soot to add dimension.

After the ink blending was done, it was time to add the plaid paper and glue the box together.

Once the box was together, I just needed to add the fun accents. I started with adding some fun twine to the apron holes. Next, I added  the utensils and the “love” to the front of the card. I think this card could be used for so much more than just Valentine’s Day. What occasion can you think of to use this card? Let me know in the comments!

Thanks so much for checking out my card. Please make sure to click through the links if you are shopping soon! These links do NOT cost you anything but give me a small commission which helps support me.
