Poppin’ in to Wish You a Happy Mother’s Day! – an i-crafter 3D Card
I have another fun 3-dimensional Mother’s Day card for you today! This one is super easy and follows the same layering and shadowing technique from my previous i-crafter blog post. This card uses the i-crafter Flexi Card die and the Box Pop Oval Base dies. Let’s get started!
I use the i-Mend MAGNETIC PRO Cutting Deck to die cut all the pieces starting with the Flexi Card die sentiment Happy Mother’s Day from a bright pink, a lime green, and a light pink cardstock. I kept the bright pink sentiment intact only cutting a few scalloped edges above the word Happy. I left a tab at the bottom to attach it to the Box Pop base later. I created the scalloped edges of the top and bottom of the lime green sentiment and glued it to the bright pink base sentiment just offset to the left, leaving a shadow of bright pink to the right of the green sentiment. I cut the letters for the word mother from the light pink and glued them offset to the right leaving a green shadow layer on the lest of the word Mother. I attached the Happy Mother’s Day sentiment to the middle of the two Box Pop Oval Base pieces.
I die cut each flower from the bright pink, light pink, orange and a light blue cardstock. The leaves are cut from Lime green. I layered the flowers in different color combos and attached them to the Box Pop base.
