New House Congratulations Card

Hi everyone, it’s Tina here. Today I am sharing a card using the new Mini Manor 3D dies to create this Congratulations card. Below you will find the steps to create your own card.

Step 1 – Trim White Cardstock to 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, score at 4 1/4” and fold in half for a horizontal top fold card. (A2)

Step 2 – Trim Patterned Paper to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” and adhere to card using Bearly Art Precision Glue.

Step 3 – Trim Patterned Paper to 3” x 4 1/2” and adhere to card using Bearly Art Precision Glue.

Step 4 – Diecut Mini Manor using various colors of Cardstock. Diecut extra to trim the roof and doors for different color variations. Assemble using Bearly Art Precision Glue.

Step 5 – Trim Light Blue Cardstock to 2 3/4″ x 4″. Trim Green Cardstock to 1 1/2″ x 4″. Score Green Cardstock at 1/2″ intervals and fold. Adhere to Blue panel. Trim Kraft Cardstock 1/2″ x 4″ and adhere to panel below Green cardstock then adhere entire panel to card front. See photos.

Step 6 – Trim thin strips in Kraft Cardstock and adhere to card to create a walkway to the street. Add some dashed lines using a White Gel Pen to the street. Adhere the Houses created from Step 4 using Bearly Art Precision Glue on the back side of the houses.

Step 7 – Stamp sentiment from your stash using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.
