Hello everyone! Justin here, and today I’m showing how alphabet sets are just the most versatile dies to add to your craft arsenal! I’ve got a card today showing off the brand new Alphabet, Heather Upper and Alphanumeric, Heather Lower die sets, part of the March Release!
To make this card, I used a piece of patterned paper to die cut a faux paper pad, using the Slimline Edges and Borders set, which I also distressed in gray in on the edges to make the pad look a little worn. Next, I die cut the phrase “Just A Note To Say” from both the Upper and Lower die sets in green cardstock. I used washi tape to line up each of my letters, and then adhered them to my paper pad. I also adhered the paper pad to a piece of chipboard to frame the paper, to help create the faux paper pad.
I adhered my paper pad piece to an A2-sized piece of patterned paper, and adhered this base to an A2-sized green card base.

To carry the sentiment to the inside of the card, I stamped the sunflower from the Bloomin’ Sunshine stamp set in watermark ink onto white paper. I then stamped the sentiment “You brighten my day” inside in black ink. I then adhered the white panel to the inside of the card. I love how the outside and inside of the card rhyme, it makes them coordinate so well together!
And that’s how I put this card together!
Thanks so much for stopping by the i-Crafter blog today! Be sure to head on over and check out the March Release section to see all the new goodies to add to your stash!
Happy Crafting!
