Hello Rainbow!

Slimline Windows

Hello my crafty friend!  Today I am sharing this fun and festive Hello Rainbow slimline shaker card!  It is created with i-crafter’s new Slimline Window dies. Each window has a fun element like shaker gems, rainbows and die cut words.  I am pairing it with the Hello Sunshine Wiper Insert die set

Using the Slimline Window dies, I die cut the window frame from a rainbow sprinkle printed cardstock and the Hello from pink cardstock.  I used the Hello Sunshine Wiper Insert dies to die cut the Sun and word Sunshine from yellow cardstock.
I chose a red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple scrap of cardstock and die cut the mini rainbow out of each of them. I mix and matched the rainbow stripes to create six different rainbows.  I chose four to use in the square windows

I used the sunshine die as a stencil to add the cheeks and decorate the rays with pink ink and a blending brush.

Here you can see how I decorated each shaker window after adding the foam tape to that inside area of the frame.  I attached a piece of blue cardstock to the back of the window frame to seal the shaker elements inside.  I attached the card front  to a piece of Pink cardstock and layered that onto a light blue slimline card base.  I glued the sun to the front left and the pink hello to the middle top of the long window with the word sunshine inside to complete the Hello Rainbow card.
