An Impossible English Phone Box to Celebrate Coronation Day

Let’s Make This

Celebrate Coronation Day with a charming Impossible English Phone Box.

Begin by gathering your supplies. You will need:

Step 1: PREP

  • Die cut two large shapes from the Impossible Box Base die
  • Die cut 4 yellow bars from the Impossible Box Base die set
  • Die cut 60 small black squares from the door shape in the House Favor Box die set. Save two of the shapes that now have holes.

Step 2: ASSEMBLE BOX

  • Fold all creases in the two red large shapes
  • Adhere the 2 pieces together along the long tab. Repeat to create a tube shape.
  • Fold and adhere the bottom
  • Fold down the tabs around the top edge of the box
  • Close the lid by gently pushing in the angled top until the lid comes together.
  • Fold the two small tabs around the lip of the lid. Adhere the tabs to the lip being careful not to adhere it to the lid.

Step 3: EMBELLISH

  • Use two of the black shapes that have holes to create a guide to place the black squares. Adhere the black squares into the holes creating five rows of three squares each. Repeat on all sides.
  • Adhere a yellow bar on the top lip on all sides

ENJOY!

Celebrate the royal coronation or fill these with English sweets as a fun gift.

What a fantastic idea! I could see this in blue as a police box too for Dr Who fans! 😍😍😍
